Marck Bulter has more than 15 years of experience in the fixed income markets. After his graduation in 2008, Marck joined the Account Management team of PIMCO in London. In 2009 he started as a portfolio manager fixed income at De Nederlandsche Bank (Dutch central bank) where he actively managed a portfolio US Treasury, Freddie Mae, Freddie Mac and Federal Homeland Bank bonds. In addition, he was responsible for the externally managed MBS portfolio. The total size of both portfolios was close to USD25bn. In 2014, he moved to the monetary policy department where he joined a team that was responsible for preparations and the execution of the ECB’s Covered Bond Purchase Program and the ABS Purchase Program. At the start of 2016 Marck joined Robeco Asset Management as a senior portfolio manager fixed income in the Global Macro Fixed Income team. In total the team manages more than EUR25bn. Within the team Marck was responsible for the euro government bond and the covered bonds markets. Marck has a Master in Financial Economics and graduated at the Erasmus University Rotterdam. Marck joined DMPM in May 2024 as a Portfolio Manager.
