The look and feel of a mortgage label combined with specific product characteristics, allow for targeting of a specific part of the Dutch mortgage market and obtaining (or excluding) specific types of exposure that meet the requirements of the investors that DMPM services.
- Through dedicated and tailored propositions under the long-running Hypotrust label, DMPM has over the years serviced numerous investors. The Hypotrust label has been an established label in the Dutch market and EUR 35bln of mortgage loans have been originated since its launch in 1993. This long track-record label allows for quick traction with both intermediairy and consumers when launching a new proposition or building on an existing one within the Hypotrust label. Specific propositions through the different product lines such as Elan and Vrij Leven have been successfully used by Goldman Sachs and BAWAG P.S.K. to invest in the Dutch mortgage market.
- An important testament to the success of DMPM is the strong market position that the mortgage labels IQWOON, Robuust, HollandWoont and Clarian Wonen have realised since their launches in 2016, 2018, 2019 and 2021 respectively.
