Rotterdam, May 17, 2023 - DMPM recently launched its new dashboard "Dutch Mortgage Market Insights." This interactive portal offers insight into current developments of the Dutch economy, the Dutch housing market and the mortgage market. With this, DMPM aims to increase its added value for the (international) investors, with whom it works.
"In this dashboard, all relevant market developments are presented in a very clear manner. Also, the Quarterly Market Update, can be downloaded via the dashboard in which all developments of the past quarter are displayed" said Raoul de Groot, operational director of DMPM. "The dashboard shows that the sharp increase in market interest rates not only has a major impact on volume, but also on the composition of the market. For example, it shows that the share of NHG has risen sharply and that 10-year fixed has become the most popular fixed-interest period. The dasboard also shows investors that much more use is being made of the relocation scheme and the possibility of increasing existing mortgages.
