The report outlines four strategic themes that form the foundation of our ESG strategy: Employees, Organisation, Lenders, and Borrowers. Through these themes, we demonstrate how sustainability is embedded in our operations, mortgage products, and services.
Key results from 2025 include:
• 488 loans to improve sustainability of homes
• More than €198 million in sustainable financing has been provided since 2015.
• 18.4% of all new mortgages included a sustainability component in 2025.
• Within Blauwtrust groep, the carbon footprint was reduced by 13% compared to 2024.
• Our employees report high levels of work-life balance, and 83% indicate they intend to remain with DMPM.
We also continue to invest in innovative solutions such as our ESG Dashboard, which provides investors with valuable insights into climate and sustainability risks within their mortgage portfolios.
With this first ESG Report, we take an important step in further embedding sustainability, transparency, and social impact throughout our organisation and the mortgage market.
