About Kim
Kim started her career in the hospitality industry. In 2008 she moved to the banking industry and worked as a retail consultant at Rabobank, among others. In 2015, she joined NIBC Bank as a back office employee and team coordinator. After more than five years, she moved to a position in the mortgage sector: as Distribution Quality Officer at Conneqt Mortgage Distribution. In this role, she was responsible for managing the intermediaries of individual financial advisors, mortgage chains and service providers.
At DMPM
Kim joined DMPM in April 2023 as a Business Support Officer. She leverages her planning skills and experience of the mortgage industry to manage various projects within the company. She supports the marketing function and takes care of intermediary administration. She also carries out distribution quality checks based on the current cooperation agreements.
