About Rishi
Rishi started his career as a Chartered Accountant with EY, serving a wide range of financial services companies both in the Netherlands and abroad (US and UK). After a 12.5 year international career at EY, Rishi joined Aegon Asset Management where he held various CFO positions (most recently Global CFO of Aegon Asset Management) and was a statutory director of various licensed entities regulated by the AFM and DNB.
During his tenure at Aegon Asset Management, Rishi was also heavily involved in the launch of the first Dutch mortgage fund for the third party market, which has grown to approximately €30 billion.
He has also been a member of the Supervisory Board & Audit Committee of several public organisations such as housing associations and a large healthcare organisation.
At DMPM
Rishi joined DMPM in 2024 as Chief Executive Officer. As CEO he is ultimately responsible for the overall business performance and accountable to both the Blauwtrust Groep and the private equity shareholder BlackFin Capital Partner. His main focus is the expansion of DMPM's product and client portfolio.
