About Wouter
Wouter has spent his entire career working for companies in the Blauwtrust Group. Over the years, he has built up an extensive in-depth knowledge of the mortgage market, mortgage products, mortgage processing and mortgage business technology, in particular Quion's integrated mid- and back-office system. Starting as a trainee, he has held various positions at Hypotrust and Quion, including Product Manager and Business Consultant. He assisted in the onboarding of various institutional clients and supported clients in the implementation of projects on various topics, including product launches.
Later, he advised the Quion board on various projects to implement cost effective, compliant and sustainable solutions that meet individual client needs and preferences. As one of the lead designers of Quion's integrated mid- and back-office system (QSP), he was responsible for the requirements study and functional design of QSP's foundations: its product model and workflow engine.
More recently, Wouter has been responsible for monitoring market developments, advising the board on strategic directions and designing new or enhancing existing services for Quion. He co-designed and successfully implemented Financial Care, Quion's arrears prevention service.
At DMPM
Wouter has been with DMPM since its founding in 2016. In his initial role as Business Analyst, he was responsible for performing analyses and creating forecasts/forecast models based on market and portfolio data for decision-making and advisory purposes.
Between 2018 and 2020, Wouter increasingly focused on data analysis and even became a certified data professional, followed by a specialisation in data science. Since 2021, he has been working as Manager Data Analytics.
