About Eric
Eric has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry. After completing his Bachelor's degree in Economics & Banking, he gained experience at ING, where he was responsible for the houseboat mortgage application sub-division. During his 13 years at ING, he held various positions within the mortgage sector, such as Account Manager and Sales Manager Mortgages. His last years at ING were spent in change, project and programme management roles and as Branch Manager Private Banking.
In the following years, Eric was mainly active in bringing new propositions to the market in commercial property finance (buy-to-let), retail mortgage finance and property development. In 2019, he founded 'Steendracht': a peer-to-peer lending platform offering an alternative for real estate financing.
At DMPM
Eric joined DMPM as a Portfolio Manager in 2021.
