About Roy
Roy van den Hatert launched his career in the pensions sector. After graduating with a Master's degree in Accounting and Control, he joined Willis Towers Watson as an Actuarial Analyst, advising pension funds and large insurance companies.
Following this period, Roy began working in the mortgage market. He worked as a senior mortgage underwriter for several organisations in the Netherlands (including Quion). This experience and knowledge of the mortgage product and the mortgage market came in handy when Roy became Product Manager for Conneqt Mortgage Distribution (also under the BTG holding).
At DMPM
With the merger of Conneqt into DMPM, Roy became a Portfolio Manager, managing two DMPM labels with a combined portfolio of €3.4 billion.
