About Marck

Marck Bulter has over 15 years of experience in the fixed income markets. After completing his Post Master in Financial Economics in 2008, Marck joined the account management team at PIMCO in London. In 2009, he joined De Nederlandsche Bank (the Dutch central bank) as a Fixed Income Portfolio Manager, where he actively managed a portfolio of US Treasury, Freddie Mae, Freddie Mac and Federal Homeland Bank bonds. He was also responsible for the externally managed MBS portfolio. The total size of both portfolios was close to USD 25 billion. 

In 2014, he moved to the Monetary Policy Department, where he joined a team responsible for the preparation and execution of the ECB's covered bond purchase programme and ABS purchase programme. Two years later, Marck joined Robeco Asset Management as Senior Portfolio Manager Fixed Income in the Global Macro Fixed Income team. Within the team, Marck was responsible for the Euro government bond and covered bond markets.

At DMPM 

Marck joined DMPM in May 2024 as a Portfolio Manager.
